Planning a club auction. Looked into 32auctions.ca but it's complex, costly to implement so pivoting to another online approach.
Looking at a Google Docs auctions approach. No costs, monthly auction on-line and payment and pickup at next meeting.
We have received a collection of small items from Tim at Panorama Amethyst Mine, members MikeB, SteveH.
Consider a table at 55-plus center auction.
Further discussion about offering a tumbler kit for members to use in rotation.
Determine interest via EMail, and build out a schedule. If 5 - 8 (1yr of use) members signup then proceed ?

Member gets it for a 6w maximum duration (5w needed) which includes help, a full supplies kit for about $30 with a refunded $50 deposit upon return of cleaned equipment, unused supplies (on time for the next member). Prices TBD.

Planning a trip to Beardmore this summer for BIF, Ed/Steve looking into permission to visit gold tailing pile.
AGAT Assay Labs tour was on Weds, April 22, 2026. Plan for Oct-Nov tour #2.
Lac des Illes Mine: As per their request I have followed up. They are planning to accommodate us in Oct? (Contact by Sep?).
